Deliveries & returns
- Shop anytime and any item. For purchases over €35.00, you will benefit of a free Delivery anywhere in Malta.
- Deliveries under €35.00 are subject to a €5.00 charge. Deliveries in Gozo are subject to a €10 charge.
- Purchased Products are only exchangeable within 14 days from date of purchase,
given that the purchased item is returned with its original packaging and together with purchasing receipt. - Returns can be Returned to any of our outlets.
- Faulty Products can only be accepted if client provided proof of purchase ( receipt or Credit Card Receipt)
- For any faults, our technical department will need 7 working days for inspection and feedback.
- In the case of faulty products, Surplus and Adventure reserves the right to repair the fault ( if fault is not due to user’s negligence).
A new identical product or Credit Note ( if product is not available) it to be given to client, if manufacturer retains so. - Our stores retain the right to identify any sales periods/reductions from time to time at its own discretion.
- Any Sale Items purchased can only be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, presenting also the purchase receipt.
- Kindly note that Surplus & Adventure reserves the right Not To Issue a Cash Refund for any Transaction that is Cancelled. A Credit Note will be Issued Instead.
